The building is detached and of steel portal frame construction with a concrete floor. The elevations have internal block work infill to part height and modern profile cladding externally and to the roof. The two storey office block at the front has brick elevations to the top of the first floor windows. Pedestrian access is from the front parking area through a glazed porch entrance. An up and over door provides access into the rear left hand corner of the unit from the yard area. Internally the two storey offices are fitted to a high specification with suspended ceiling, inset category II lighting, and are in good decorative order. There are 18 marked car parking spaces including two disabled spaces. NB: Planning consent has been gained for a further floor of offices to be added within the existing envelope of the building. We understand there is also existing planning consent for an extension of approximately 8,000 sq ft to the industrial/warehouse unit.
