The triangular site has been cleared, is roughly level and benefits from an existing planning permission, dated 12 October 2004, for the erection of a two storey furniture retail store with internal warehouse and associated car parking.
The revised scheme as proposed would provide a 4,300 sq ft retail parade, capable of division into three units together with 20 on site car parking spaces.
Leasehold expressions of interest are invited for the scheme as proposed subject to planning, alternatively consideration will be given to a bespoke leasehold design and build package.
