Sandy Lane West is a proposed new scheme situated in a much sought after position adjoining the Oxford Ring Road.
Naus Albion, a joint venture between Albion Land and Naus, have acquired the 7.035 acre site with a view to undertaking commercial development.
Subject to planning, the scheme will provide a range of industrial, warehouse and trade buildings jointly totalling approximately 157,000 sq ft. At this stage alternative uses will be considered.
Construction is due to start in Spring 2008.
