Rothwell is located approximately 6 miles south-east of Leeds city centre. The Jail yard development forms Phase I of the redevelopment of Rothwell town centre by Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC. Jail Yard will comprise 10 new retail units and will be adjacent to a new 78,000 sq ft Wm Morrison Superstore (Phase III). The units will also have the benefit of costomer parking, shared with the store, which will provide 485 spaces.
One unit, Unit 5, remains fully available and provides 842 sq ft of accommodation at both ground-floor and first-floor levels. Pre-lets of the other units have been agreed to William Hill, Co-op Travel, Natwest, Specsavers, Jack Fulton and Betfred.
