Admiralty Park extends to some 42 acres and was constructed in 1915 on the specific orders of Winston Churchill, the then First Sea Lord. From 1957 until the site's eventual closure as an operational Naval establishment in 1997, it served as a high-tech research and development centre primarily concerned with underwater activities and associated leading edge technologies.
Jellicoe House is situated at Gate 2, being the main entrance into Admiralty Park on the western boundary of the site. This single storey character building is constructed of brick elevation supporting a flat roof which has been recently recovered.
Jellicoe House comprises two self contained office suites which have been completely renovated and refurbished both internally and externally to provide modern but characterful accommodation.
The suites have the benefit of the following features: -
'' 3 compartment dado trunking
'' Suspended ceilings with Category II lighting
'' Gas fired central heating
'' New double glazed UPVC windows
'' Floor coverings
