The Partnership Business Centre is being constructed in three phases and this second phase will consist of 8 units all with planning consent for light industrial, general industrial and warehouse uses. The units are due to completion in October 2009 and each will include a mezzanine floor (extending to approximately 25%-30% of the ground floor), allocated parking, and 2 of the units (numbers 8 &4) will also have enclosed yards.
